We will meet at Beaver's Market on Wednesdays at 5:45PM and head over to Bingham Hill to do hill repeats. How long we go depends on who is there and how long they want to ride before dark. For those of you new to the team, hill repeats are good to build strength and a great way to do interval training outdoors. Week after week you will notice the climbs and descents getting easier, and if you don't know how to climb or descend this is also a great place to learn!
