Weepeats

With more hours of daylight and better weather, Wednesday Night Weepeats with the Follies is starting back up again on May 1st! We meet at Fresh Foods Market (what was previously Beaver's Market) at 5:45 every week. We roll out at conversation pace and typically do about an hour of hill repeats. We are usually on Bingham Hill, but occasionally switch it up.

The goal of Weepeats is to have an encouraging group help push you to do more climbs each week as the summer progresses! You don't have a to be able to bike up Bingham in one go to join. We all ride at our own pace and stay on the same hill so we stay together as a group.

Weepeats is a great way to build confidence on hills, and you'll have tons of other supportive Follies out on the hill with you at the same time! Everyone is able to set a personal goal for the number of climbs you want to do in an evening, and we will sometimes have a suggested (and totally optional) on-the-bike skill to work on while you're riding.

Non-team members are welcome, we just ask that guests respect that this is a femme-centric group ❤️

Feel free to message us with any questions you might have! If you haven't gone on group rides in a while or it's your first time riding with the Follies, please check out the Waiver and Safety links for our group ride waiver, safety, and etiquette expectations.
